Hello friends, I show finished another figure. This is an official British Grenadiers Marines at the port of Chatham in 1755. Chatham was port and important dockyard at the time and is located at the mouth of the River Thames. As you have appreciated is the figure of Art-Girona Grenadier officer modeled by Antonio Zapatero at 70 mm.
To suit the Marine uniform I had to change his cuff, vest and jacket, and remove with the blade the modeled drawings in the mitre.
I wanted to represent the officer in front of the ship where he is going to serve. The ship I made from a set of blueprints and used Evergreen plastic and balsa wood, the stones are plaster and gull feathers tinfoil.
